Our Best Price symbol is a guarantee of our best online fares only at Upon seeing our Best Price symbol you can book your flight knowing that you won’t be able to find a better flight fare on any other website or travel portal.

How does it work?

In case you are able to find a better flight fare for the same itinerary, with the same airline, on the same flight, on a different website, that is at least USD 20 cheaper than the Purchased Fare, we’ll refund the difference. Whenever and wherever on the website you see our Best Price symbol, book on immediately to take advantage of the low fare.

  • Lower fares found on at a later time would not be considered.
  • You would need to make the claim before midnight on the day of the purchase.

You are eligible for making a claim only if you’ve paid for your flight (Purchased Fare) in full by using a credit card or a debit card, when you make the booking. At the time of booking, if you had chosen an option where the fare would be held without you paying in full, then it does not qualify for a claim. 

The flight/s that qualify can be one way or return flight and needs to belong to the same airline. Four digit numbers are utilized while operating a flight under codeshare agreements with other airlines and such flights are not included in Best Price.

When it comes to your Purchased Fare, you would require to adhere to the terms and conditions of the country of departure.

In instances where you find a particular airline’s fare on another website (not that is cheaper than the Purchased Fare at least by more than USD 20 (per person), or equivalent. will refund the difference that’s between the Purchased Fare and the Third Party Fare. 

For you to be eligible to apply for a refund, the following rules apply:

The Third Party Fare found by you needs to be for the exact same itinerary as the Purchased Fare; which means that it needs to be the same flight(s), same class of travel, same travel date(s), same number of passengers and same fare conditions.

The Third Party Fare must exist at the other website at the same time that the Purchased Fare is booked on

The Third Party Fare needs to be in the same currency as the Purchased Fare and must include all taxes, fees, charges and surcharges that were applied to the payment method used for the Purchased Fare. 

The Third Party Fare that you find needs to be available at a website that is based in the same country of departure as the Purchased Fare. Go through the third party website’s “About Us” or “Contact Us” carefully to determine that the company is from the same country of departure. 

It’s mandatory for the Third Party Fare to be bookable online. If a Third Party Fare can be viewed but it cannot be booked by making an online payment, then it will be excluded from Best Price. 

In order to qualify for a refund, you would need to take screenshots of the other website or make a video of the website, from the home page to the payment page and email it to [email protected] by midnight of the same day that you booked your Purchased Fare using the time zone of your departure country. will then take steps to confirm the legitimacy of the screenshots and/or video and will verify, in its sole discretion, any request, that it believes is the result of any error, or is made fraudulently or not in good faith. Please be informed that any incomplete video or screenshots, or any other form of claim will not be accepted. would further verify that your Third Party Fare meets all the rules and regulations put in place by these terms and conditions. Once it has been done, you will be notified whether or not you have qualified for a refund within 72 hours of making the claim. will do its best to complete the refund within 15 working days of sending you the notification that you have qualified for a refund. The decision made by would be final and binding, and no further correspondence would be entertained.

The refund amount (if any) would be credited to the credit card or debit card that was used for the Purchased Fare.

Best Price will not be applicable in the following situations: 

  • to any fare that’s offered outside of the public domain, or special eligibility fares such as (but not limited to) corporate discount fares,  third party promotion fares, employee discounts, senior fares, affiliate, wholesale, opaque agencies, consolidator, group fares, family and relative discounts, or closed user group offers; 
  • if either the Purchased Fare or the Third Party Fare has been purchased on discount by using frequent flyer miles, Business Rewards miles, and other such type of currency or points from a loyalty program, coupons or any other offers or discounts;
  • if either the Purchased Fare or the Third Party Fare are a part of a travel package where flights are included;
  • in case you have requested for a refund or cancellation of any section of the itinerary, or subsequently made any amendments to the Purchased Fare;
  • if, even after taking the required steps, is not able to verify that the Third Party Fare was bookable online on the date of your claim;
  • in case the country of departure on your Purchased Fare is not offering Best Price; 
  • in case you have located a Third Party Fare at a different time to when you completed your booking on, even if you didn’t pay immediately at the time of booking. For example, if you made the booking on Monday night and chose to pay by bank transfer. On Tuesday before the bank transfer takes place, you found a Third Party Fare at a cheaper price. In such a situation, the time of payment is not relevant. Only the time of booking is relevant. solely reserves the right to cancel this promotion or make changes to these terms and conditions at any point of time, without any prior notice.
